  前台英语经常说的就那几句,做熟练了客人不用说话就能猜个八九不离十的他要干吗了.
  举着外币是要兑换钱,举着房卡带着行李是要C/O,举着房卡没行李的估计是房卡消磁了要重新做,拿着护照的是要C/I... 大堂走来走去满世界寻觅的估计不是找厕所就是找商务中心之类的... HOHOHO
  我以前被师傅带的时候,她说她有一次被客人投诉,因为那老外总是话没讲完她就知道他要干吗了,客人说我时候不太尊重他,不让他把话说完。.哈哈
