  最常用的酒店岗位英语口语
  本人从事酒店培训工作多年。发现员工最头痛的就是英语口语,最难培训的还是英语口语。究其原因就一个字===怕!怕太多的内容记不住,怕说得不好被人笑,怕发音不准听不懂,,,,,。
  但是酒店工作岗位又急等人用,新员工上岗要学的内容太多,如何让新员工立刻进入角色,投入工作。首先就要使岗位英语口语最简单化,简单到仅有20个句子左右,工作程序简单化,简单到仅有两三段左右,有了这些准备。一般的服务对话就可以应付。一般的工作程序就可以照搬了。
  万事开头难,只要新员工能开始操作了,工作中慢慢的积累就方便了。
  于是我组织有关的岗位员工,要他们找出工作中使用频率最多的词句和最需要的交流内容编写了一套仅供自己酒店员工培训使用的资料。五年了,使用效果不错,还有专业人士来问我要过,我没有给,知道自己不行,会有许多错误在里面,本想修改一下,整理一下,但是本人视力每况愈下,医生叮嘱不可用眼过度,只好就这样发出来了,我知道天涯高手云集,我只是照顾到二星三星级的酒店员工不被同事看不起或被炒掉的人,
  特别是没有高薪请高素质员工的酒店,还有那些想在星级酒店干,英语又确实不行,又很需要在短时间内能说两句的员工,做的这些努力。想帮帮这些员工。为他们做点事而已。敬请各位多多指正。

  想问一下,为什么现在天涯上发表文章比以前复杂,麻烦多了,从昨天到今天忙活的昏天晕地的不知道怎么就出来了,还是不得要领,给个提示教教笨鸟好吧?

  到现在骑马岗位英语口语基本就结束了,很多错误,用的时候自己再纠正一下,补充一下,我知道各位一定还有更简单,更实用的,也请交换一下,以便共同提高,
  都已经“骑马”了,还有同行告诉我======还是太难了,句子太长了,能不能再“骑马”一点,我正在试图搞一份用单词,短语组成的“骑马”英语,因为酒店会话有时真的不需要那么完整,单词交流就可以了,试使吧
