海南本地人真聪明,原来不买海景房,不住海边是对的

  曾经有一位高价买了海景房的大陆人抱怨说:“海南本地人真聪明,原来不住海边是对的,我的家具包括那些木制的门全都坏了,就是防盗网都锈断了,家里的电器特别是电脑老是出短路毛病,瓷砖地板每天清晨都是水,害的我差点摔倒。”

  海南本地人看到大陆人高价购买海边的所谓海景房,几乎全都认为大陆人愚蠢,本地人祖祖辈辈都不愿意住在这些鬼地方,可就是大陆人还把这当做宝。那么海南人为何不去说这些事情呢?很简单,他只是旁观者,才懒得费事呢。买海边土地的是大陆人,开发商也是大陆人,炒房的也是大陆人,最后被套的还是大陆人,海南本地人完全是看客,他们就坐着看戏而已。

  本地人的风水学是:住一定要住地势高,一定要挡风,因此海口人向来不住海边,离海越远越好。海南洪涝灾害多发,因为地势太低很容易遭灾,将来万一来个小地震,别说海啸了,就浪头高一点,你家就被淹了。不过那些投资海景房的炒家基本都不住,他们是纯粹投机(海景房的空置率达到了95%),所以他们不关心这边能不能住,只关心能不能将房子卖给下一个傻瓜。如果你手头有所谓的海景房,我建议你还是逢高出货吧,别到时候跑去一看,啥都烂掉了。

  那句著名的诗“面朝大海,春暖花开”其实忽悠的就是没在海边居住过的旱鸭子们。就我自己的所见所闻,我发现即使是渔民,赚了钱之后,也都宁愿在距离海边很远的地方盖房子住,至少要找个地势高一点的地方。被海风吹一两天是没什么问题,如果连续吹上几个月,你的这张脸就惨不忍睹了,海水具有很强的腐蚀性,海风的腐蚀性也不小,鸡蛋粗细的铁链子都能整个烂断,何况你的肉身呢。海风吹在身上,黏黏糊糊的。咸啊。

  海景房的价格在我看来已经是严重的泡沫了,一个并不适合人类居住的环境,为何要卖这么贵?由于大家都是投机,所以真正去海边住的人很少,真相就一直被隐藏到现在。其实海南的很多地方是很适合养老的,在当地百岁老人比比皆是,所以你只要在内陆一点的地方买房,不仅可以享受到绝佳的环境,还有绝佳的价格(大约只有海边的三分之一)。这次顺便看了几个楼盘,感觉都还不错,比如海南的西线,简直是价值洼地。几十万就很漂亮了,那才叫养老。

  其实海南人就这个事情有说过的,只不过大陆人自己觉得怎么可能,他们觉得海南就是面朝大海的优势,不买海景房买什么房?有个案例,有个朋友在海南买房,我跟她说海南这边讲究朝向,她非得挑了个西晒的房,说是她们那边不在乎。所以,做为本地人,是有提醒的,只不过很多人往往忽略了这种提醒。买房是自己的意愿,他人只能提供方向,有些东西说多了反倒不好。

  家电坏的快是肯定的,我是海南本地人;本地也有差异,东线一带,台风大多从东线、文昌等地登陆;但是由于风大所以东线的风景确是最好,大浪淘沙呗,没有浪还淘个毛啊。西线则是干,不是干燥而是雨量少,几个盐田在哪里想来大家都知道吧。。。在全岛多地呆过,还是三亚最好,冬天在海口和三亚对比一下,海口可以穿羽绒服三亚穿短袖

  一看就是西线地产商请来的水军,可惜水平不咋的。海边住的人多得很,没有那么夸张。不想举国外的例子,免得被喷。

  海南琼北地区不能住海边,琼南可以。因为琼北是冷空气和南海热空气交替的地方。一年有半年下雨。湿得不行。你懂的。香港不是冷空气和南海热空气交替的地方,所以那里干。

  Going for a quick swim in the salty seawater can be great if you suffer from skin conditions like psoriasis. Sea water is a repository of minerals such as chloride, sodium, iodine, magnesium, sulphur and potassium, many of which have curative effects on the skin. Studies have shown that a combination of seawater and UVB radiation seems to have an ameliorative effect on skin problems such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.1 2 Many patients have sensed lessening of symptoms after going for a swim in the sea. Old wives tales also prescribe sulphur and iodine rich sea water for its antiseptic properties, which can heal skin lesions.

  2. Reduces respiratory inflammation减少呼吸道感染
  The sea air contains mist of saline water, which seems to have a soothing effect on the mucosal lining of the respiratory system. So, people suffering from inflammatory respiratory conditions like sinusitis can benefit from breathing the balmy sea air.   新西兰与美国的一项研究发现,在海边生活能够促进心理健康。

  这项研究是由来自坎特伯雷大学、奥塔哥大学以及美国的密歇根州立大学的研究人员共同进行的,他们以成年的惠灵顿人作为样本,分别暴露在绿色和蓝色空间中。
