住海景房的业主来说说优势利弊

  都说海景房太潮湿,不适宜居住,可是在海口住哪都潮啊,现在住海景房的业主来说一说,交流一下。

  近期想考虑出手海景房,想听听各位海景房业主的居住感受

  海景房的缺点

  1、台风频发、潮湿、腐蚀性强

  ??海南位于我国最南端,靠近东南亚,是台风多发地区。总体而言,海南东部沿海受台风影响最大,西部海岸线因五指山等山脉阻挡,影响较小。生活在海边的人都知道,离海太近,湿气相当重,海风吹拂也具有腐蚀性,木制家具容易长霉,金属制品容易被腐蚀,对业主也存在一定的伤害性。

  2、房屋空置期长

  ??大陆购房者选择置业海南多数是度假和旅游,海景房在这方面显得尤为突出。当夏季房屋空置时,因海景房造价和装修费用颇高,出租不现实,会造成资源的浪费

  3、除海景之外其他配套较少

  ??海景房一般都是在距离市区较远的位置,除了海景资源可供享受之外,其他配套设施相对匮乏。有些项目自身所携带的配套设施或者周边一些高大上的配套,往往消费很高,不适合长期消费和使用。

  4、面向高端群体、价格不菲

  ??海南海景房面向高端群体,随着海景资源的有限性,房价自然会很高,而且一般的项目都是带装修,价格要比同区域的项目高很多。

  海景房最好不要买,比非海景房要潮好几倍,住久了容易得风湿病和各种体寒病,海南本地人很少有买海景房的

  我和我同事都住海景房,他是一线我是二线海景。我反而不觉得潮,潮是两种情况,一种是雾气飘进来,关门窗好就行了,一种是回南天。我原来住府城反而觉得特别严重潮,因为失去温差变化太大,楼道像进水一样。现在反而没有,我觉得是因为海边风大,反而温差没有变化那么严重,造成内部潮湿。我背景墙是墙纸的,三年了竟然还好好的!一线海景最大问题是冷,特别冷,风大。但夏天特别凉快。我二线风不大,更方面都感觉住得很舒服!其实潮海南哪里都潮,没有住过的人以讹传讹罢了,都说海甸岛淹水,我住那么多年出入很方便,反而是市区高地淹水退不去!现在我住得小区,绿化不错,每天早上有海风,有树木花草的清香,真的很舒服,让人心旷神怡!和住市区时候完全不一样,市区污染严重,过世纪大桥明显看出市区灰蒙蒙的,海甸岛还是蓝天。市区住时候,没有风,就觉得很潮湿,空气味道也不好!海甸岛就是比市区会冷两三度,特别是一线海景冷得让人受不了,风特别大,我家二线隔了几百米,感觉都差好大!不过风景肯定是一线的好,天气好的时候,一片蓝天碧水白云,让人心旷神怡!

  其实是南方都潮,而不是海南。你在广西南宁住过你才懂什么叫潮,阴雨连绵,衣服永远晒不干,被子永远是湿漉漉的!在温差变化大的南方春天都很潮湿!反而现在住海边,空气流动大反而觉得不那么潮!

  长期住海景房的大多烙下病根,风湿病,造成痛不欲生

  楼上说的无非也是潮,原先住海边的主要是靠海吃饭的,经常泡水,而且房子密闭性差,风湿多也不奇怪。现在房子密闭性好,回南天什么注意关窗问题也不大,现在老城区和西海岸都住,老房子密闭不好,反而觉得潮,反而西海岸这边的房子没啥。另外感觉比城区温度要低个两三度,夏天凉快,冬天更冷

  南向海的沿海城市都是比较潮的,但是我们山东龙口不潮,而且不腥,地处北纬37度,同一纬度的有美国芝加哥,奥林匹克等著名旅游城市,并且冬无严寒,夏无酷暑,四季分明,气候宜人

  Going for a quick swim in the salty seawater can be great if you suffer from skin conditions like psoriasis. Sea water is a repository of minerals such as chloride, sodium, iodine, magnesium, sulphur and potassium, many of which have curative effects on the skin. Studies have shown that a combination of seawater and UVB radiation seems to have an ameliorative effect on skin problems such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.1 2 Many patients have sensed lessening of symptoms after going for a swim in the sea. Old wives tales also prescribe sulphur and iodine rich sea water for its antiseptic properties, which can heal skin lesions.
