researchers found that compared with men never napped, men who took nap were less likely die of heart disease (for feamel readers, napping does not affect heart disease related death significantly on women).
resarcher conclude that napping reduces death by reducing stress, however, there is a caveat, napping might increase stress if your boss fires you after catching you napping.
so, nap with care!
