How To Prepare Fried Egg With Tomato
Two eggs, half of tomato, one spring onion, half cup of cooking oil, one spoon of sugar, half spoon of salt, half spoon of vinegar, one spoon of starch powder.
Cut the tomato into slices.
Cut the spring onion into tiny pices.
Put the starch powder into 1/4 cup of water and mix them up with vinegar and sugar.
Shell the eggs in a bowl and beat them with the salt until the yolk and the whie are mix well.
Put the wok or fry pan on the fire.
Put the cooking oil into the pan.
Dump the mixed egg into the pan when the oil is boiling.
Add the sliced tomato into the pan when the egg turns brown in color.
Turn over the content in the pan repeatly with a shovel until they are mixed well.
Dump the starch powder water and spring onion into the pan and mix the content up.
Dump the content into a plate.
The fried egg with tomato is now ready to serve.
