If the objective of is to destroy China as an economic power, yes
If the objective of is to generate a change in government, a good chance.
If the objective is to occupy China,NO.
China does not have the naval or air power to match the United States, which is in a class of its own. There is a reason why the carrier groups are feared and China is rushing for its own. We could attack and acquire specific designated objectives, possibly indefinately, though occupying such a country is manifestly impossible. While occupation is mutually impossible, we could invite destruction upon their coastal cities, which consequently is where their economic power lies. They could not presently do the same to us. Even taking allies into account, the United States currently has the advantage with a number of allies or possible allies close to encircling China, and certainly able to cut off its vital maritime trade.
